Outdoor workout
Characteristics:
The lessons will primarily be outside, count that you can get dirty or be wet (we will not swim), but it may rain. We will visit outdoor workout playgrounds, outdoor areas of the department and its surroundings. Because of early twilight, take headlights with you. Any transfers will be in the form of running (according to individual abilities). If the conditions are really bad, we will use the interior of the department. You have a dressing room and showers to your service.
Class is focused on strength endurance and strength exercises. During the lessons we will develop strength abilities in the form of individual and group exercises. Part of the lesson is combative exercises for strengthening, shaping the body and improving motoric abilities and skills, running, scooters...
The aim of the course is to improve physical fitness, especially the strength and coordination skills.
